Wildfire Churrascaria

Rating: 3

We ate dinner here in January 2024.

Churrascaria Standard

Save your pennies, the standard churrascaria is more than adequate. When you shell out for premium all you really get for the extra cash is a couple of bonus fancy meats that aren’t necessarily better than the standard fare, and a dessert option that you’re going to be too full to want.

Overall we enjoyed this visit more than the last one, although it was a very similar experience. As much meat as you can eat. The pork sausages had fallen off a bit, from our favourite last time to just middling this time, but the chicken thigh rocketed up the ratings to firmly take the top spot. The polenta chips still rocked, and the fried cauliflower was also excellent. We were dining with a vegetarian and Wildfire accommodated her better than we’d expected, with a thoughtful vegetarian menu that incorporated elements of the standard churrascaria so the veggie didn’t feel excluded or awkward.

We also really appreciated the attentive service; when they saw us flagging they came over to check in and ask if there was anything in particular that we would want again. Naturally we then proceeded to request far too much cauliflower and polenta.

No regrets.

Bookings still recommended.
