Nam nam caters to the business crowd, tired workers who just want to nip out for a bite as close to the office as possible. To that end the service and food delivery were fast, and the effort put into the dishes was acceptable but not more. Both meals were fine, you weren’t angry to eat them, but they hadn’t tried to climb the highest mountain.

The chicken had some pleasant crispness in spots but was pedestrian in flavour and the veg was just frozen veggie mix like your mum would put in a stir fry when she couldn’t be bothered. The banh MI had nice bread and fresh veg but the tofu lacked flavour. And don’t blame that on us ordering tofu, which can be very flavourful when done correctly.
