Advieh serves Middle Eastern food with sophistication and flair. We loved everything. Even the chips were exceptional - super thick, hand cut, crispy, piping hot, perfectly seasoned, some kind of creamy dipping sauce, sweet heaven it was ecstasy. The dumplings were well structured and flavourful, the lamb neck absolutely falling off the bone. Every single dish was perfectly cooked and exciting.

It would have been if not for the abysmal service. They didn’t take our order, not even a drinks order, we had to flag a guy down who had been working at a computer literally next to us, who then complained to us that we weren’t in his section. They never offered us a second round of drinks, or even refilled our water until right as we were about to leave. They forgot two of the items we ordered, and then had the gall to lie to us, saying they totally hadn’t forgotten them and just had to make more pide dough. Sorry, do you expect us to believe you made a fresh batch of yeasted dough in this time? Pull the other one mate. And to add insult to injury they never bothered to clear a single one of our plates. It’s not like they were rushed off their feet either, we were late diners and they had plenty of time to set the empty tables all around us. For shame sir, for shame.
