Swiss melt bagel: Cheese and marmite
Yodi bagel
As far as cheese and marmite bagels go, this was okay. The uneven cut of the bagel meant there was a more-grilled and a less-grilled half. The Swiss Melt was better than the Jellytip, but worse than the Yodi (see below). How much marmite to put on is always a controversial subject. Best Ugly Bagels has gone for a middle-of-the-road, about 6/10 marmite coverage. The Fee-Rex could have done with a little less, but then she generally prefers a thin smear. Business Andy found it about right. Perhaps the Swiss Melt bagel is just not made to be shared.
