You’d think that we would learn our lesson after ordering way too much food last time we ate here. And to be fair, we ordered half as many dishes this time, but we were similarly left with another whole meal once we had finished eating. Next time we’re ordering one dish, and maybe a couple of dumplings on the side if we’re really hungry.
The sweet and sour pork had a bit of a crunchy batter on it, was covered in a tasty sauce, and came with carrot and onion. The carrot was sliced really thin and was thus delicious, apart from a few pieces that almost seemed like they were just a bit old. The onion could have used a few more minutes frying. The bao buns were excellent, fluffy, spongy, and fresh, and while the lamb stir fry was really nice and really fun to eat, this was a larger meal than was indicated in the menu picture (10 bao buns!). The bubble tea was quite nice, very sweet, but then it was sugar flavoured. It was also forgotten, and the waitress was super apologetic when we asked for it.
