Cyclista is an espresso bar first and an eatery a distant second. The food selection is minimal and limited to a few baked goods and whatever can be prepared in a microwave or toaster. The fact that there was just one guy rostered on a Saturday for the lunch rush is further evidence that they don’t plan to sell a lot of food. That said, neither our food nor our coffee took long to arrive, so props to that one guy. The scone was fairly flavourless, but inoffensive otherwise and the pastrami bagel was okay. The muffin was too dense and too wet, as can happen with apple muffins. The coffee was pretty good, it’s really why you’d go to Cyclista in the first place.
